South Africa
South Africa – with a population of over 43 million inhabitants – is the southern-most country on the African continent. South Africa has a number of ethnic groups which are all of interest to the BLAC FOUNDATION. Of particular interest, however, is the history and culture of the Zulu of KwaZulu-Natal. For more about the Zulu and other northern Nguni peoples see Dr. E. Powe’s The Lore of Africa, Part I: Three Northern Nguni Nations (Zulu, Swazi, & Ndebele).
