“Massa Com Carapao e Ensalada”

(Spaghetti & Fish with Salad)

A. Massa (Spaghetti)

Ingredients – one onion, one green pepper, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, 2 small bags of spaghetti, 2 packets of chicken flavor, cooking oil.

Preparation

1. Peel carrots and tomatoes, cut pepper and wash in water!

2. Put oil in pot and heat. Then add chopped onion and (stirring constantly) fry until brown!

3. Add chopped tomatoes and stir constantly until some onions turn black!

4. Add water to fill pot to 2/3 and let boil!

5. Add spaghetti when water boils;

6. Cook until water half gone and then add carrots, chicken broth, andlet boil for 5 minutes! Add green pepper and boil until little water remains!

7. Allow to set and then dish spaghetti into plate

B. Carapao (Fish)

Ingredients – fish, garlic cloves,

Preparation

1. Clean and scale fish and remove eyes!

2. Pound garlic!

3. Make slits in fish and smear with pounded garlic!

4. Fry fish in pan until blackened!

C. Ensalada (Salad)

Ingredients – tomatoes, onions, ½ packet of chicken broth powder, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, vinegar

Preparation

1. Cut tomatoes and onions very finely!

2. Add other ingredients and blend them together with a fork!

3. Bring everything to the table and serve! This is the best spaghetti I have ever eaten!
