Ikan Bakar (grilled fish)

This tasty dish is very easy to make and was prepared by the young lady in the photo below.

 Place cleaned fish on grill!

Then brush butter and lemon onto fish while grilling!

After fish is fried it will turn black.

Consume with papeda (made from sago flour), vegetables, and sambal (a hot sauce preparation).
